India has the 2nd largest population in the world after China. There are 1.3 billion people in India. By 2034 India will be the most populated country on earth with 1.6 billion people. India has 700,000 villages. There are 1,652 different languages in India. India is the home of the largest youth population on earth; 600 million people are under the age of 25. India is a secular country and 80% are Hindus, 15% Muslims, 4% Christians (actually the percentage is growing to 9%, however most of them are secret Christians), 1% Buddhist, the remainder being Communist and others religions. There are 4,635 races (communities) in India. There are more than 2.4 million Hindu pilgrim centers.

Asia’s largest churches are in India.  Because of the prayers of believers in India 200 churches are being established every month and there are 6,000 people added daily to the church in India.  At this rate, it would take 456 years for all the remaining people to enter the faith (without any new births). People are worshipping idols without knowing the only true God. So we have to change the whole country through prayer. God has given us a vision to bring light into India through prayer.  We have been raising up prayer warriors to cover the nation with God’s presence in order to reach this Hindu nation with the gospel of Jesus.

The present Indian culture is currently dominated by Hinduism and “high” places (mountaintops) are esteemed to be of spiritual significance.  Just like in the Old Testament where the high places needed to be reclaimed for the Lord, this ministry is seeking to restore the high places to be temples for the true and living God. In order to unseat the current deception of idolatry and false gods in the nation of India there must be a unified concentration of prayer.  Establishing such a place of prayer on a mountaintop would be of great spiritual significance in India.  We have a vision for a single place where Christians of all denominations can gather to pray for the salvation of the nation. This is the only available land in the area near a railroad station which is a key necessity for the transportation needs of the people.  Land values double annually due to scarcity and over population of the area.
